Fat transfer injections are performed at Dr. Kevin Ende, M.D.’s plastic surgery clinic in Englewood, NJ. The procedure is done with the patient under IV sedation, which means you will be asleep for the injections but may be partially awake during the procedure to minimize anesthesia risks. Fat transfer injections usually take 1 hour, with no bandage required afterwards. Most patients only use pain medication for first night, opting for ice packs afterwards. There are no sutures. Bruising may occur for one week, but this is unusual. Swelling can last for 1 to 2 weeks. You may need at least a week off work to recover. To arrange a consultation,
