Turkey Gobbler Neck

A facelift may not completely address a turkey gobbler neck.  The hanging skin can be addressed more directly with a submentoplasty or T neck  This procedure involves excision of the skin, removal of the fat and tightening of the muscle underneath the skin with permanent suture.  The disadvantage of this procedure is the visible neck scar.  However, over time the scar typically fades in a patient with the correct skin type.  Dr. Ende does not leave a straight line scar which would be obvious.  Instead a zig-zag pattern is used which makes it more difficult for the human eye to follow.  Much of the incision is tucked up under the chin with your brand new neck.  This procedure can be peformedin Manhattan, New York.
